Honestly, the board is cool. Little heavy but if you can carry 30 lb pounds then you be fine. Had this for 3 days now and I use it to ride to the nearest store and back. Takes a while to get used to but it's fun ngl

For the first 10 minutes it seemed nice it handled well it was very smooth taken off very easy to use the remote and then the battery dies instantly I wouldn't even have a block down the road and the battery died and have to walk back I'm the only way to switch the battery out it's through the grip tape if they fix the issue with electronics it would be a decent board I returned it almost a month ago and still haven't received a refund on it so be aware of when you buy it

Reasonable price for a safe and fun board. It has the strength to make it up most hills in San Francisco for a 160lb rider. It’s durable and easy to carry or wheel behind you as you shop.More advanced riders may want looser trucks or bigger harder wheels. A headlight and taillight would have been a great addition.I’m a little displeased with a few things. The instructions on how to tighten the belts wasn’t clear. Screws were not holding and the belt wasn’t staying tight, but it seems to be a result of the bracket being cracked. Customer service responded quickly once I figured out how to email them and they sent a new bracket quickly and at no cost.Another screw holds the rock shield in place and when it falls out, the belt rubs. I have had this board two months and I need to replace the belt already (photo). I’m not even sure how to buy parts for this board. These problems are small and solvable.The one unsolvable problem is that it jerks/shakes/lurches when accelerating 0-5mph. This is annoying when crossing a street and there is a need to get up to speed quickly. Novice riders won’t have an issue with this.

At first, it seemed like a great board, but then I realized that it uses the same controller and battery port as many cheaper boards do. Adding to that, the internal screws came off while I was riding, as a result, the motor fell off and scraped through the street. I was worried that I could have been seriously injured or died. Please give me my refund.

I like the speed and balance of the board but after only one month one of the motors stopped working as well as the other so I returned it.

This project when I received it had problems but when I contacted the company they help me with no hesitation it was very good I loved the help and so far I had to do some minor work on it and it’s good I can ride the skateboard well and it’s overall fun! I never feel like ima fall and it’s so stable I love the lights for night time riding and the battery is very good love the mileage doesn’t die fast and fast in general.

I bought this for my son’s birthday, hes 15. After a week the bearing broke. I contacted Amazon after being directed to do so for support. Amazon would only refund me and not send or ask for replacement parts. I dont have a box to send it back in and now i have a broke $500 useless longboard until find new or better parts.

Excellent product and it works well period my son enjoying it. customer service was good to add. We had a little issue and it was successfully solved.
