Phone was new and in good condition
In the beginning the phone came locked and needed a PIN to unlock. I was able to resolve this by going to the Samsung website to trouble shoot and was able to do a hard reset. I was then able to proceed to transfer data and set my own PIN

BLACK SCREEN IN UNDER 90 DAYS
I bought a $1300 phone and in under 90 days of having it, without any maltreatment, never dropped, never got it wet or anything and the screen went black. Seller was not helpful, but Amazon came through and helped. Best customer service ever.
