Still seems most practical pool
I had one of these for about 8 years, then it finally split and gave up. I then went down the rabbit hole of looking at a new better pool for the garden. Filters, heaters, size, inflatable.... It suddenly adds up, not to mention the maintenance. But then you stop and sit back and realise, you have your pool out in the UK for maybe a month maximum and often a couple of weeks at a time. Also, unless you have a gigantic garden you need to have space to keep it up and it not be in the way and kill off your grass whilst its up.This is where these pools are actually great and fit for purpose. No inflating, no filtering, just open it out and fill it up.Where these pools have their issues with is their durability. Climbing in and out, the sides aren't solid so can bend and fold. They are pretty sturdy, though over time they can split if bent enough, which then obviously lets out water. I'd say packing away properly helps and being a little aware when you're using it. I've got two young kids though which don't listen to those cautions and its still lasted well.If you do get a split in it, drying the area off and using parcel tape to seal the split works amazing. For me these work great as you can get it out when its hot and pack it away when its not. The big size is great for even a 6ft 5 guy to splash around in.

Nice size pool for my German Shepherd not keen on water though, no inflating I half filled it and the sides stayed upright

Great for a couple of uses
So first of all i bought this because my mother and father in law have a version of this they use every year and have had for 10 years.Mine lasted 2 uses. The sides do fall down constantly unless its full and you have the bottom fully stretched out. It needs to be on completely level ground.Unfortunately its split today. Ive used it on two other occasions and it split when filling it up.It is super hard to fold. Especially as i bought the big one. But i really have enjoyed how big it was and my daughter enjoyed swimming around me whilst i pretended to be asleep.Great paddling pool but im sad it didnt even last this summer - i expected better.

Our labrador is having a splashing time!
We recently bought a Bestway paddling pool for our Labrador, and it has been a fantastic addition to our garden! Our dog absolutely loves it, especially on hot days. The pool is the perfect size for him to splash around in and cool off, with plenty of room for play. The material is durable and sturdy, standing up to his claws without any issues. It's also really easy to set up and take down, which is a huge plus. The pool holds its shape well, even when filled with water, and the sides are strong enough to keep the water in while our dog jumps in and out.Cleaning the pool is a breeze, and it folds up nicely for storage when not in use. It’s clear that this product is built to last, and it’s brought so much joy to our pup. I would highly recommend the Bestway paddling pool to any dog owner looking for a fun and reliable way to keep their furry friend cool and entertained during the summer!

Saves inflating!
I’ve had one of these for 15 years and it finally perished, this replacement looks ok and is easy to put up and put away, no inflation needed

Poor Quality
The media could not be loaded. Bought in 2024. Lovely looking pool. The one I bought was large. However went to get out of storage for this summer and the sides have already cracked! So only lasted one summer. I kind of knew it would last long, but it didn’t even manage it to the second summer. I really recommend this.

You don't have to blow it up. Hurrah!
Big enough for several grandchildren to splash about in and yet small enough to refill as and when required, with warm water from the kitchen. The one kept in the shed from last year cracked when we brought it out so don't bother to store over the winter. They are so affordable that you can buy a new one (or two) when the weather warms up. Age range 3 to 10yrs all enjoyed this when filled with warm water.
