Lovely fizzy kamboucha on first brew.
Easy to use lots of good advice on website. And started to produce a baby on first brew and got lovely fizzy kamboucha really pleased.

Smaller that advertised. 2L max, per packet instructions
The ad shows a 5-6” scoby that “makes one gallon”, what arrived was a 3-4” scoby and instructions for a 2L recipe.

No idea why the tracking still says it's on its way. Arrived ages ago! Just got round to making batch 3 today. Quality scoby with full instructions. No problems whatsoever

There's been many bad reports!!!!!
Absolute rubbish!! Did not look like their description. Wasn't circular, almost wafer thin, hardly any liquid with it. Very disappointed. Amazon should not deal with them.

Instructions for 2 litres, not 1 gallon. Not 1 cap of starter liquid.
This arrived yesterday was confused to find that the instructions included explained that this kit was to make 2 litres of kombucha, even though the title of the item states 1 gallon? This was disappointing as I am new to kombucha and had just bought a new vessel for a 1 gallon ferment. Similarly, it's hard to believe that 1 full cup of liquid had been included. The heat seal of the packaging was a pain to get into and a managed to spill a bit - disappointing given the small amount.I have gone ahead and made up a gallon anyhow, hoping that the kit will get me there, even if it takes a bit longer. I think the item description and what is sent out needs reviewing and I am reviewing on this basis alone.
