Feels good on my aching feet

I suffer from collapsed arches of my feet, after many appointments in Bio-mechanics and various attempts at helping my feet with memory foam insoles etc...Basically this is the best thing so far for helping ease off the pain in my feet.I walk about 25km a day and with bad feet its a nightmare as my feet are swollen and sore. With this product I have felt the benefit of using this daily, no more constant pain and aches while relaxing after work.I recommend this to anyone with the same feet problems as me, Great product!

Good for plantar fascia massage, feet feel re invigorated after use, wish I'd bought it earlier when I first had plantar fasciitis, it is so much better to use than frozen bottle. I even take it to work to use at lunch time

Good product, does what it says. I've suffered from a bit of plantar fasciitis of late and needed something to break up the scar tissue/massage the sole of my foot as part of rehabbing it. This is perfect for it.The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that it arrived with one of the points broken off. Not a big deal though as it still does the job.

I bought this after reading self healing tips for Plantar Fasciitis (Pain in the arch/heel of the foot) I injured myself running in over cushioned running shoes,barefoot/minimalist is the only way to go!,this product has helped so much!it's very painful when you first massage your foot, but it really loosens the tight feeling and after a week or so I noticed a dramatic decrease in pain, would highly recommend this product.

Purchased approx 4 months ago, and used while sitting at my desk at work to releive foot arch pain.Works well for that purpose.However the knobbles on the outside have started to wear off, and once one goes it has been rapidly followed by more.Returned to Seller for refund via Amazon.

A great, portable (between 5-6cms in diameter) foot massage ball which can also be used for other areas (like the forearms), it does not slip which is great (I have plantar fasciitis).
