Great product
Other reviewers have complained that these shears are heavy, but this is because of the locking mechanism inside the handles, which is easy to use. Twist both handles outwards to release the lock, extend or retract them and twist both inwards to lock. You can feel when they have locked.The shears are well made, sturdy and very sharp. I am very pleased with them after a couple of months' use.

A very good product, lightweight
A very good product, lightweight, easy to adjust to suit your height and very sharp cutting action. Quite a lot of money to pay out for lawn edging shears but I feel the quality of these justifies the price. I am very impressed with the height adjustment method, just a quarter turn twist, slide to length required and twist back to lock - very positive locking and done in seconds so you can adjust as required to suit any situation.

Sharp and long
These shears are awesome so sharp and the extension facilitie is just the job. I was worried about the extent of extension wouldn't be long enough as I am over six feet tall, I was so pleased to find I could not use them fully extended they were to long for me. I recommend these to any one who needs new shears.

Extending handle shears
These shears are really good & sharp. They cut easily & makes cutting my borders so much easier due to the extending handles. Finishes off my lawn & gives a neat manicured look. My only problem with them is handles don’t click into place while extended so due to the movement of cutting one side keeps slipping.

Versatile cutting blades
The blades are very sharp and easy to use. The extending handles are easy to adjust making it easy to stand up to use as well being able to kneel on the ground and use them.
