Bad and used product i got
Refunded Bad product. The front fork has a defect, and the saddle and frame have several scratches. Moreover, it has an Amazon return sticker, which indicates that it was a returned product. After February 2025, please don’t buy it. You will likely receive a cycle that was returned by someone, as Hero has stopped the production of this model i think. If you get a failure-free cycle, consider yourself lucky. The design of the cycle was superb and gears and connectors are best in class no doubt in that. I didn't find a geared mtb cycle in this cost from a reputed brand. I feel very bad after returning this. But I don't want to use this faulty product.

Good bike. But had to deal with issues after assembly.
The bike had some issues that I got to know only after taking the first ride.1. The disc brakes are not hat good. It's as if the pads cannot get a good grip on the discs. It seems pretty fine while testing it with the stand on, but it cannot take the load while riding and hence, underperforms.2. I had the issue of the gears jumping. Lot of tuning had to be done before I could get the gears to work fine. This may not be a manufacturing issue per say, but probably the bikes are packed before they are tuned and tested.3. This is not an issue with the bike, but an insight for the one's who would like to know which frame size to choose.I am 5'9" tall. And the frame of this bike is small for me. While making sharp turns or a U-Turn, my knees touch the handle.Also, I found that a 26" wheel is too small since the feet touch the ground when the bike bends during a turn. So you would want to go for a bigger tyre set. I think a 29" would've been great.

Package and quality.
It was delivered very loosely. Poor packaging. 4 screws missing out of 5 for Chain Guard. Sub standard manual book. Over all it's ok in that price range.

Price is cheap same as the materials. Gear looking low quality in the first use. Need to replace the gear system after few month use.

The cycle is very good. Shifters and derailleur are original shimano. Value for money

Need to provide complete installation tools kit
Not get proper installation tools so I paid extra amount to local cycle repair shop and gears also not smooth.
