Creamy and caramel-ly
I did not use these for cooking. I ate them straight out of the bag. Melt in your mouth deliciousness. Obviously pricey but I thought I’d treat myself to this instead of something just ‘ok’. I will try to find these on sale or in the stores.They are a very different flavor that you don’t find elsewhere.

If you have never had carmelized white chocolate you are missing out! It's amazing! I used these chocolates to make a French Buttercream Frosting for a Dark Chocolate Cake. Delicious, quick shipping, would absolutely purchase again.
