So hydrating, great quality for a fair price!
This is my favorite way to stay hydrated as a person with POTS who struggles to retain hydration without a ridiculously high sodium content. I like to enhance it by combining flavor additives like gatorade or propel powders, or squeezable drink flavors. This has been so much more affordable for me, as I really couldn’t afford liquid IV or LMNT anymore, and nothing else is really as high in sodium with good flavor options. Now my body feels better and I’m hydrated and it doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg!!! The packaging is convenient, i use the markings on the bag to divide up smaller portions for my 16oz water bottle instead of making 1L at a time. It dissolves right away leaving no gross clumps, it doesn’t create a lot of “dust” while pouring the packet like other drink powders can and the ingredients are great. This feels better for my teeth and my body than any other electrolytes i’ve tried. The flavor on it’s own isn’t bad, but might not be tolerable for a lot of people. It is, however, very easy to add whatever flavoring you want (maybe you want to add vitamins, or maybe you want it sweet, fruity, or combined with a little juice!). 10000/10. If you’ve had it before and didn’t like it, I’d recommend experimenting with your preferred flavor additives before sleeping on this product!!! It’s saved me so much money!!! I bought a 15 count to try which lasted a good amount of time, and before i even finished it i bought a 100 count. Stay hydrated!

Not sugary. Cheap. Effective.
I struggle to stay hydrated and my gut doesn't like artificial flavoring in others. This is a no BS electrolyte powder. Great for daily use, hot summers, camping, travel, and staying hydrated. Easy to mix with a 1L nalgene. It is salty and is recommended to drink over a 24 HR period; so diluting it even further works great

Incredible, amazing, fantastic, disgusting
Trioral, where have you been all my life? None of my medical team had heard of you, you blessed absolute minimalist.I am allergic to citrus fruit and sensitive to only some types of citric acid, making life extremely fun, and making electrolyte drinks impossible. If you haven't done this before, go down a drink aisle and read ingredients. You'll notice a lot of citric acid! The old official recipe from the WHO for oral rehydration solution included citric acid and it's useful as an acidifier, so it's in basically every beverage imaginable except for pure fruit juice and some types of alcohol.Dripdrop, Liquid IV, ORS Hydration Tablets, Pedialyte, NormaLyte, looking at all of you! Oh, we follow the WHO formula! No, you don't. You start with the formula and you add a ton of things to it because it tastes terrible. Trioral has the balls to make it plain and sell it plain and you don't. Trioral gets my business and you don't.The make at home version of the WHO formula is safe, so I'd make it, add some fruit (kiwi has potassium! Not a strong flavor, unfortunately), then try to gag it down because it tastes terrible. Salt pills (but not chews) are mostly safe, and those have been incredibly helpful. I still have to get regular IV fluids to say out of the ER, especially in summer.Trioral doesn't bother me at all, the sodium citrate is apparently completely inoffensive to my immune system. Fun fact, sodium citrate is also the stuff that makes American cheese and Velveeta melt like they do!Trioral is in a simple easy to use packet, and dissolves with a brief shake. No stirring, hot water, waiting fifteen minutes, nothing except a little shake! And it tastes terrible, but not as bad as the old recipe, so I can actually drink it!I'm still desperately trying to flavor it. I tried cranberry juice, which was okay, not great, I think undiluted unsweetened cranberry juice would be better but I couldn't find any on my last grocery trip so picked up some tart cherry and I'll try that next.Anyway, five stars! You go, Trioral! And no, I'm not buying anything with stevia in it, stevia tastes like poison. Also, fix your website, it looks like a child made it.

Double thumbs up
Overall, this electrolyte mix has been my saving grace for the last few years! I have POTS and I can never find myself drinking enough water to feel okay. Ever since I started using these packets i’ve felt a lot better! It’s flavorless making it easy to drink everyday and it’s cheaper compared to other electrolyte mixes on the market. I couldn’t live without it!To start, I don’t follow the directions. My very first day I realized the ratio on the packet is way too strong. for my liking. I just sprinkle about 1/4 of a packet into my liter water bottle and go about my day. It makes it a lot easier to tolerate and now i’m at the point where I miss my electrolyte water when I drink normal water. LOL. Doing this also allows me to lengthen the time between ordering.TASTE: Some people say it’s salty, but it’s not in a table salt way. It’s hard to describe. You definitely get hints of the sodium but it’s nothing like table salt. It’s an extremely neutral flavor, especially if you “dilute” it like I do. If you find you don’t like the flavor you could always get those water enhancement flavored drops or powders! Lastly with the “taste” I will forewarn you that it “”thickens”” your water. It’s super slightly but you can notice the difference. I honestly prefer it as it makes swallowing easier.Body wise: This really helps to hydrate me as I am already dehydrated at baseline and having POTS doesn’t help. It allows me to better “hold” onto water and not use the bathroom every 30 minutes as the electrolytes are keeping the fluids in my circulatory system. It really does help keep my dizziness down and my blood pressure up.
