There are three intensity levels, two modes, and an automatic shutoff after 10 minutes. Strong power, but short battery life. I can get only 3 sessions before having to recharge, which takes about 4 hours.

Ended up returning as it was just too small to and awkwardly shaped. Trying to put place the massager on trigger points around my shoulder blade was very uncomfortable.

I have a traditional muscle roller which works well but wanted to see how much additional benefit a vibrating one would have and I’m so glad I did. I get incredibly tight and painful glutes on an almost nightly basis and the addition of the bordering rollers as well as having the different textures and ‘bumps’ of this roller makes it get into my muscles even deeper and penetrate right to the center of the pain. I noticed that it eases my pain a lot quicker and due to the massage being deeper, the pain is significantly less the next day.

This massage ball is a nice size for treating many different problems. My husband likes using it as a foot roller for his plantar fasciitis. I like rolling it on my neck and shoulder to help with some nerve problems I’ve been having. The roller has 3 sections and the center part spins independent of the two outer sections. I can hold the two outer sections and press and roll the inner part against the tense muscle. I can also just set it on the floor and roll over it. The outside is rubberized to keep it from slipping. I think the vibration settings range from more gentle to pretty intense. I haven’t had need for the highest setting yet but I imagine it’s good for tension relief in more major muscle groups. It has good battery life, after using daily for a week, it’s still going strong. If you like using those knobby rollers, I would recommend this. It’s a nice upgrade.
