Ok and inexpensive
This does quite a good job but don’t expect miracles if your tummy is very large. Mine’s bigger than it should be and this does start to tone up what’s there so I’m pleased. However I know the pad won’t last forever and a replacement will be pricey. It’s comfortable and light, quite easy to use and you can lengthen the life of the pad by wetting it a little when it starts to get older. (Always keep its plastic cover on when not in use) Wish it had better instructions as to where to position it though.
