Adventure Awaits (A Baxter Family Children Story)

I have read all of the adult version of the Baxter family books that Karen Kingsbury has written. I started my Granddaughter on the Baxter family kids series and she loves them! It is so awesome to discuss the characters together and know what we are both talking about. The delivery was quick, except for me accidentally buying the book I had already gotten her. I bought it in advance so it was too late to return when I realized it, but I am hoping some other girls in our extended family will pick up reading these and I will gift it then. I would recommend these books to any young girl. The characters are normal people with normal problems, and even though they may make mistakes, their faith and family love always bring them through. With the way the world is today, it is nice to have an interesting story line where you fall in love with the characters and yet it reminds you that God is always there.

I have read this whole series on the Baxter family and enjoyed it very much...Highly recommend it....

This story was so engaging, I loved it as an adult, and children will love it, too. Karen Kingsbury is an amazing author and this book is the fourth in a children's series about the Baxter family that she wrote with her son, Tyler. It can be read as a stand alone title even if you haven't read the first three. I bought a second copy for my great niece.

I bought this book series for my 11 year old granddaughter. She read all 5 in a week and she’s reading them again. Great series with great family values.

I haven't read this book. I bought it for my nine year old granddaughter, who is a true bookworm. She is enjoying it and probably has finished it by the time I am writing this. She thoroughly enjoyed the other three in this series also. Would highly recommend.
