Snapped whilst fitting - worse than useless
Tried to use these to fit ladder brackets to inside of carport brick wall, in conjunction with size-matched Fischer Duopower wall plugs (see photo).Drilled two holes, fitted plugs and was incrementally tightening both screws to make sure bracket would be square. With about 5-10mm still to tighten, and with little force on the wrench, the first one snapped. I tried to remove the second screw and that snapped when I tried to loosen it. Both snapped near the start of the thread. I now have two unusable holes, with the ends of the screws embedded, that I need to patch. I will also have to reposition the brackets.Worse than useless, but I suppose it’s better they failed now rather than when under load later.Will try to return, and will probably use wall anchors instead.

The product arrived next day in the Morning superb but only downside is it only had 19 screws and not 20.Please seller/sender check & count the items before sending.
