I finished the bottle but didn’t notice any difference in my focus. Kind of felt like I was just taking sugar pills everyday - waste of time. Switched back to adderall in the end.

I know everyone is different but this stuff gave me a headache. I have taken alpha gpc in preworkout supplements before but this time it gave me a headache. I took 300 mg so maybe I have to lower the dosage.
