I took my Pathfinder to the local Nissan dealership for a diagnostic. they told me I needed a new distributor, and it would cost $580 for the part with $50 labor. When I balked at the price, they said they could get an aftermarket part for $400. I looked on Amazon and found one for $210, then watched a video of how to install it on Youtube. It took 15 minutes to install and I saved over $400. The part works perfectly and the truck has been running smoothly ever since. This is a great product and a great alternative for auto repair.

Fit my 2001 nissan frontier perfectly with a vg33 3.3l v6 and now runs awesome. No complaints.

We got this distributor to replace the one on our 2000 Nissan Frontier 3.3L V6. This replacement part is a close match, except for the metal piece that connects the rotor to the shutter wheel & distributor (shown in picture). We installed it as it was in the box, but could not get the timing right. Upon closer study, the metal piece was slightly different than the original, the set screw is positioned about 10 degrees wider. We put the original piece in the new distributor and got the timing set.

Let's see...extra charge for rush delivery was not worth it, we expected it sooner as it seemed like a day late. Plus had to pay shipping to ship it back because it did not work for us the first time and did not have time to waste sitting around waiting for another replacement so that really blows. Plug(s) did not connect like OEM AT ALL very poor quality there, or maybe it was just mines?! And hoping that it was to oem spec. it was not! because at the end it's still a reman. spec. quality is no where near OEM spec. as I was unable to get SUV going. A simple install plug and play but NOPE! Nothing! No cranks! Even tried old dizzy just for the heck of it and even on it's last leg it at least starts/turn over and everything but then dies the next 5 minutes :( reason I needed the "new" dizzy. But NOPE did not get a turn over or anything! Never again!

Arrived 1 day before estimated. Looks good. Installed in about 10 minutes. 2001 xterra started right up.Let's wait to see how long it lasts.UpdateQuit 4 months and less than 1,500 miles in. Can't return,no money back,no replacement.Had to buy a $300 part from big auto parts store.

Installed last Sept. 09 2021 @140K miles , item was similar to a NS60 but definitely NOT a Cardone brand as pictured in Amazon webpage. It starts fine to date 9/18/21 . My installed time & mileage will update its durability. I replace it with new OEM cap & rotor 2002 Nissan Quest . My post is for my record.
