Easy to return. Didn’t work.
Bose made it impossible to replace on the old sound link. Waste of money. We returned easily though.

Battery is useless without the special tool from Bose and they do not share!
so I bought this with the intention of being able to replace the battery in my Bose 360. I have tried buying many tools but there is nothing out there to be able to remove the screws to replace the battery. I called Bose and they said batteries can't be changed and said the tool is not for sale. Now I have a paper weight
