I bought these to replace the failing wheels on the folding dollies at work. The diameter was right to fit into the tube, but the hole location on the stem where the cross pin goes through was not the same as the original casters I was replacing. Drilling new holes in the hollow tubes was not an option, because it would prevent the cart from folding up. So, I had to drill new holes in the stems, which was a real chore in inch-thick metal. Wish I had taken more measurements before ordering, could have saved myself a headache.

These wheels are strong and very good quality. Come with locking pins. Reasonably priced-excellent value

First off, I ordered a set of these casters over a year ago, and they work great. I needed another set, so I searched for my prior order on my account and ordered another set. What I received was different, and did not really fit the tubing of my scaffolding. More on that later.I returned the second set a few days ago after I realized that somehow I hadn’t received the same item as before. My original set had a label indicating it was made by a company called Vevor. The second set had no indication as to who the manufacturer is. If you look at the photo, the one on the left is from my original order last year. The one on the right is the recent order. Note the differences:The one on the left has 5 spokes, the other on has only 4, and they are not as robust either. The left one has a larger, heavier steel bracket which holds the axle, and the extension for the locking mechanism is formed in one piece with the axle bracket. The one on the right is smaller, and the locking mechanism bracket is welded on to the axle bracket, not made from one piece. The part of the locking bracket that clamps to the wheel and locking ring is much heavier on the one on the right.Lastly, on the left one, main stem which is inserted into the scaffold tube is about 1/8” larger diameter than the one on the right, and the holes in the stem on the one on the right do not fit my scaffolding (which is a standard size), unless the scaffold is raised off the base ring about 1/2”. I’ve noticed others have reported this same problem.As I said, I returned the second set, and reordered another, making doubly sure that I hadn’t ordered incorrectly. I checked the photos and the specifications carefully, and made sure the product was described as being made by Vevor. Thus one was about $20 more per set, a difference I was willing to pay to get the right product. The third set arrived yesterday, and I was dismayed to find that it was identical to the one I had just returned. The boxes that both sets #2 and 3 came in said, Vevor, but the item inside did not. Not sure what course to take now. 😟

Locks in both wheel turning and swivel

I like the fact that they just fit perfect. They also have a grease fitting for the wheels and old previous said I had bought did not have the grease fitting for the wheels because this is outside all the time they would sometimes freeze up when I was looking other places to purchase some new wheels I was surprised when I saw that this had grease fittings because some of the others did not.

The ones I received were shoddily made. One of them broke on first day of use. Luckily no one was hurt. They did give me a full refund which is great.
