The original purchase the silicone cups didnt last long. Contacted CS and they replaced. Only issue i have is blister develope on the head when force is applied for a good stretch. Otherwise comfortable enough to wear for 6 to 8 hours a day. I hang a weight from it during the day when home alone. And have a good band to wear with pants below knee. And another for when i wear shorts. Coupled with a good traction device and a good suction device this deff helps in my gains.

Feels like my junk is going to fall off.. took a nap and had....
Feels like the glan protector is too small suffocating the tip of my junk. hopefully my junk doesn't necrosis.. woke up with a morning hard after a nap and had to take it off immediately.. not sure if I should buy a better product for sleeping.. I'll give 3 stars just for using in the day time.. not worth losing your junk all together

Don't use
Not good for your health. Will cause a horrid, painful blood blister even if used properly.

Not sure if that's really works yet. I found a cheaper one on aliexpress that seems actually work better. I don't use the chain because that's just uncomfortable and the silicon sleeves break easily

Maybe over priced
The rubber sleeves are very thin and cheaply made. I hade to buy a replacement set after two weeks of use.
