I put this on my PS5 as I was running out of space on my PS5. It was really easy to install, didn’t really need to anything just plugged it in and the PS5 recognized the hard drive and the extra 8TB was there. Works really well and the transfer of games is fast. Again it’s 8TB so there’s plenty of storage capacity. Great value for the money. I’m still going to add more storage internally though

This item is good if you are looking for extra space for your ps5 or any game console I also have one for my ps4 and it works really well and very happy with it would highly recommend it to anyone who needs extra space for their game console

Simple to hook up. I like that it has an on/off switch. So far it's quiet. Out the box it has about 7.7 tb available.

I’ve had this for a while. I don’t hate it! But I don’t love it. It does store a lot of games on it. PS4 and PS5.You can play the PS4 games right off the hard drive.But you canNOT do it for the PS5. You will have to move it back and forth on the console for that. (And yes it do takes time to move it. Nothing is instant)The Blue Light it gives is BRIGHT! So if you have this in your bedroom. It will light it up at night. (I cover mines up) the hard drive does gets hot at times.It’s a good one. But make sure you buy a SSD drive for your PS5 games if you want them to stick to the console.

Worked great when I first bought it, was a little loud but I ignored it. After 2 months, it no longer connects to my ps5 or my laptop. The item turns on but I can’t get it to work or even show up.

This product was alright because you can’t play ps5 game directly from the hard drive (I knew this before I purchased this). But when you transfer ps5 games to or from the console, you can’t play other games while it’s transferring. So I would be just be sitting there waiting for twenty minutes for a game to transfer. But this product works perfectly on my brothers PS4 because he can play game directly from the hard drive. In conclusion, this product is not worth it for ps5, but is very worth it for PS4
