Q: Is a teaspoon about the right amount in a drink?

i have it to practice very advanced meditations which take a lot of mental energy . for that i have quarter teaspoon of in a rio amazon go go guarana drink. lasts at least 10 hrs for mainly mental energy of learning these meditations. if i wanted it for physical activity a teaspoon would be great for about 3-4 hrs strenuous activity. if off to work half teaspoon at breakfast & half early afternoon would see me through the day & back home. i use it a lot, sevenhills is subtle b& pure. i hope this helps.

Q: Does it help with loosing weight

As far as I’m aware it’s not a weight loss product!! It’s a natural energy boost. I add it to a smoothie or mix a half spoonful into my yogurt & cereal in the morning as I don’t drink much coffee it’s a good substitute for feeling awake.

Q: Can you put it in an espresso machine with coffee?

I do not recommended put in to coffee . I will make coffee glue . Better mix it with warm water.
