This sand box coffee machine is fantastic! It looks really beautiful, works perfectly fine in U.S. (has a converter). You can regulate the temperature and it heats up within 20 minutes. Coffee preparation takes about 5 minutes (depending on the cup size). The sand-made coffee is delicious and the process of preparing is so much fun! Can't wait to show it off to family and friends! The seller is fantastic, responds right away, and shipment is super quick!! Don't hesitate to purchase!

IF YOU ARE OVERSEAS DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MACHINE. Purchased this machine for my business and paid over $400 and it was working great at first but the hot plate stopped working. Tried reaching to the seller multiple times but there was no response and when they responded, they told me that it was a personal damage. Obviously I didn’t pay over $400 for a machine not to last at least a year. I can see the light turning red when plugged in but the hot plate doesn’t work anymore.. RIP OFF. DEFINITELY NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. LOVE AMAZON THOUGH!!!!!

This is an update to my original review. I changed from two star to four because the company was so willing to work with me to try and resolve the issue; they were very helpful and friendly. Also, it is a well made product with good craftsmanship with a couple of things to be aware of before purchase. Ultimately, I gave it a four star, not because of the company or the quality of the product but primarily because the description wasn't exactly correct for electrical compatiblilty in the US. My orginal review was: "This is a neat product. The power indicator light did not work but the heating element did work for about five or six times then stopped. It also came with a plug converter but I don't know if it has a transformer to convert from 240 to 110 which could be the problem. Since this is for a business, we need it to be reliable and durable."Since this review, and my discussion with the company, (who sent me a video of things to check), the light was simply a loose wire, housing the light, that came loose during shipping and was easy to fix. The issue of not heating took more effort to resolve. Ultimately, it wasn't the equipment but the converter plug. The two prongs on the converter plug were too small/narrow for the standard US plug. Fortunately, that is an easy fix and the equipment works. That date d, the bigger issue is the voltage difference on which it was wired to operate. It is wired to European standards (230V) but to operate correctly needs a stepup transformer for US 120V or, I am told by an electrician whom I asked to help me, it will damage the wiring over time. I plan to purchase a transformer as this is for a coffee business and a novel and fun way to brew Turkish coffee.

It’s my parents life story of the day. They love it, the taste and look is different, definitely something enjoyable. Worth the price to for being so expensive.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. IT STOPPED HEATING AFTER 2 WEEKS AND WHEN I CONTACTED THE SELLER DIDNT WANT TO FIX OR RETURN. THIS COMPANY IS FRUAD AND AMAZON SHOULD KICK THEM ASAP

This is a true garbage and it will breakdown after one week and the seller will tell you that’s your problem
