I love this! I was looking at futons and ultimately decided to purchase this due to the fact that it was queen size, easy to travel with, doesn’t take up much space, is foldable in many ways, and under $200. I personally find it to be quite comfortable, even when laid all the way out. Most futons are quite firm, and I like that this one isn’t. My fiancé and I have slept on it multiple times and haven’t had any issues. We both fit on it comfortably and there is ample space on the mattress. You can use a queen size sheet on it. The material it is made of definitely has a texture to it, a little rough even, so I recommend covering it!When it is folded into a sofa, two people can easily sit on it, but the cushion will sink in a bit. The back needs the support of a wall if you want to be able to fully lay back on it. Without a wall for support, you will have to make sure you don’t sit too far back. It will still support you, but you can’t put too much weight on it.The sofa is very low to the ground. I knew this going in and didn’t mind it, but if you want something elevated you’ll most likely want to look at traditional futons (or a frame). The overall size is also fairly small, it really doesn’t take up much space at all. This is nice for small rooms! And because it’s light weight it’s easy to transfer to different rooms which is (besides it being queen size) what attracted me to buying this over a traditional futon.When I got the mattress I was impatient and only waited about 5 hours for it to air out before sitting on it, but after letting it continue to air out over night, I don’t feel it really expanded all that much. It was definitely bigger, but not a significant amount. Sitting on it early didn’t cause any weird indentations or cause areas to not fully expand. It also didn’t have any smell.So if you’re looking for a queen size futon that is easily portable, comfortable, changeable, and under $200, I recommend this one! I’m very happy with my purchase!

This is just what we needed for a work space that doubles as a guest room. The instructions said to let the mattress expand for 48 hours first; ours did not appear to change in any way, but perhaps it was only packed into the box a short while before we received it. I found it extremely silly that the company's logo is emblazoned on the covering cloth, but for me it looks fine now with a fabric throw over it. Quite comfortable for sleeping and fine for sitting on as a couch, although because it is so low, it might not work for someone with long legs. Also, because it is a mattress on the floor, it may not be suitable for anyone with joint pain, who has trouble with a low bed.

I love this thing! I bought it originally for a comfier sleeping spot when we are tent camping. I have used to for so many other things. Extra seating at Christmas and Thanksgiving, kids sleepovers, etc. It does seem to snag on things sometimes. It has held up against some rough kids, no tears or broken zippers. My oldest kid preferred sleeping on this in the couch position for while. she even have it on her bed like a mattress topper for some time. Overall, pretty good quality. I would recommend this to a friend.

This was easy to put together . Just take it out the plastic . It is comfortable and big enough for two adults just to cuddle if they wanted too . Washing it is easy as well . This would be good for a dorm room . Thick enough for your guest to sleep on . And the grey color is beautiful. And I love the firmness of the sofa it’s worth what I paid for .

Over all. It’s comfortable to sleep in.

I bought two different folding mattresses with the intention of keeping the nicer one and this one was by far the worst. They both came packaged the same way, heavily compressed which is normal for these type things. But the other mattress expanded as expected and was firm and the topper was taught. This one, even after three weeks, never filled the topper and remained too soft and thin and flimsy.To return it they wanted it packaged up myself (I was secretly hoping they had the option for the store to package it, but they didn't . As you can imagine, I assume they have huge machines in the factory that compressed and vacuum seals these mattresses in order to fit into a smaller box that you will NEVER be able to get it back into. Luckily I had a huge leftover cardboard box from a spring mattress purchase so I packaged it myself and lugged it to the local shipping store to return it! I feel like I got lucky in being able to return it. Save yourself the hassle. Great idea and I would have loved the layout of the mattress/couch but it was way too soft and flimsy.

This couch/bed is good enough for a small apartment. The foam is somewhere around medium firmness. It is definitely not soft like memory foam, but I do wish it was firmer. Overall an adult could sleep comfortably on this every night. It had a very slight "chemical" smell when first opened as you'd expect but it wasn't too offensive and dissipated after a day. The major downside to this item is that it needs to be supported by a wall when used as a couch or else it will collapse when you lean back.
