Pros:- Nice rescue red color with black buttons. Great color combination in my opinion and works well with most outfits.- Fit for all kinds of rough activities. You can drive this thing over with a car and it will still be perfectly intact (seriously, look it up on youtube)- Feels really good on the wrist and easy to adjust- Lightweight- 200 meter/20 bar water resistant. You can swim with this watch without worrying.Be careful about showering and using shampoo and other chemicals though, as it could potentially tarnish the color (it hasn't happened to me, but it's worth to have in mind if you want to keep the watch fresh).Cons:- The world time for Tokyo and Hong Kong, for example, are showing the time wrong by one hour (regardless if i change DST on or off). Maybe there's a way to change that. Not a big deal though, because everything else seems to be right.- I thought the feel of the watch would be more rubber-ish, but it's actually more of a plastic feel. Still feels great to wear though!

I bought my very first Rescue G-Shock back in 2009 and to this day wear it everyday.As you can imagine, the watch has a little patina now and looks weather. I’ve always wanted another to keep in my G-Shock collection that is shiny and new.I finally found one here on Amazon and cannot be happier with it. Now i have one for Work and one for when i’m not at work.

Great value, saw this in Duty Free the next day more expensive than I paid from here.All works great and tide function seems to be working to my tide tables fine no set.

Great watch

Good things about this watch: the styling, two 1000 hour stopwatches, tide and moon and you can enter longitude for custom location.Bad things: countdown timer can't set timer any less accurately than minutes so no three and a half minutes egg timing. The rightmost wedge at the top is a cool idea as it displays the minutes of each of the two stopwatch times. In practice though the frame around this element is raised up and casts a shadow on the face making it hard to see. There was another g shock in 2011 that had the same idea but the display went round the edge of the face and i think that would be more readable.
