It works
It does what it says it will do. It works as advertised. Remember to check it before using. The su7cntion does not last forever.. Water will eventually diminish the suction. When you discover that, release the pressure latches and redo. It will hold like a rock again. I am a big guy and it holds my weight. Its worth the money for a temporary product. It also does not deface my travertine wall tile in the tube. Its a better alternative to installing a permanent fixture. I need it to help me not slip. If you permanently handicapped then get a wall fixture. If not then this is a great inexpensive aid. The nice thing is that you can take them with you when you travel and avoid a handicapped room when you you don't not really need one.

Super secure hold.
I purchased these suction cup grab bars to assist with stability in the shower, and overall, they've been super helpful. The suction cups create a strong hold on smooth surfaces like tile. Installation was easy—I just had to press them firmly onto the surface and flip the locking levers. It took less than a minute. The grab bars provide very strong security when stepping in and out of the shower. I am big and tall and they support me just fine. I have tried to pry if off the wall and think I would break it before it breaks suctions.just one tip: make sure the surface is clean and dry before attaching them to ensure they stay securely in place.Overall, these suction cup grab bars are excellent.

These work very well - make sure you test them each time they are to be used.
My wife was having hip and back troubles. She needed some help stabilizing herself getting in and out of our shower stall. I bought two of these. They have been great. They are very sturdy and have done the job admirably. Remember they are attached by suction cups to the shower wall. It would be very bad to be relying on one to stabilize yourself, only to find that the suction cup had slipped. It doesn't do it often, but all it takes is once. So - safety first - I suggest checking before you use it each time. If it has loosened, it's only a matter of seconds to reattach it to the wall.

Sturdy and Easy to Use
I’ve used two of these grab bars on marble walls daily for over 6 months, and they’ve been sturdy and reliable.Installation & StabilityInstallation is quick, and the bars provide strong support. The suction holds well, though one disk needs reapplication every 1-2 months. The raised levers indicate when it’s time to reinforce, and it’s easy to do. Despite this, there’s never a risk of the bars slipping or falling.Pros:Easy installationSecure grip and supportNo damage to wallsCons:Requires occasional suction checkConclusionThese grab bars are an excellent, non-invasive option for added safety in the shower. Highly recommended for smooth surfaces like marble!

Surprisingly Sturdy, Very Helpful!
The media could not be loaded. Admittedly, I was skeptical when I read that these used suction. It seems like most suction-based stuff never holds very well, and with these being designed to help folks such as the elderly and people with disabilities you'd want them to have a strong hold. I decided to take a chance since it's something a family member could really use.Being suction-based, it was really easy to install in the shower. I placed both bars in the shower based on where my family member indicated they would be the most useful. The shower walls are fiberglass, for reference. To check their hold, I pulled on each bar and even leaned back with my body weight. I was pleasantly surprised when they didn't budge. I gave it a few weeks to be sure before leaving a review, but neither of the bars has loosened. My family member was really skeptical when I installed the bars, but he's been so happy and surprised with their performance. The bars themselves are sturdy, easy to grip, and they look nice in the shower. They've been really helpful, and I'm going to purchase two more sets for other showers in the house!Give them a try - I did, and I don't regret it! Great "needle in a haystack" find for me!

Handle Works Great!
I was a little concerned when it arrived that there were no instructions in the box. But it was pretty much self explanatory when I went to install them. Grip is tight and helps greatly in transferring from from tub to bathroom floor.

Very helpful handles for those in need of assistance.
My husband has recently had health issues. He was weak and needed assistance getting in and out of shower. I bought the double pack because it seemed like a good idea to have two handles. The problem is only one handle stays in place on bathtub tiles. The other handle must be faulty. It falls off the tile no matter how many times I put it up. Not sure if the suction cup is flawed or what. I read the reviews. I agree it is important to make sure and test suction power each and every time for your own safety. I didn't return item because one of the handles works great. We need it for husband's use. The other handle can't be used as it doesn't function properly. Thus I give it a 3 star rating.

Very efficient
I have had other shower handles that would not stay up, with these stay firmly in place! They are very easy to put up and are of good quality.
