Here's the description of the product: "USB Rechargeable Bike Light Set Front and Back, Super Bright 1200 Lumen Bicycle Light,5200 mAh Bike Headlight and Tail Light Easy to Mount LED Cycling Accessories for Road and MTB " I bought this for a 52 year old friend of mine because he rides a bike very frequently. I can tell you that the headlight AND taillight are extremely bright. The taillight has blinker capability as well as a steady red light. Easy to see at night and calls attention to itself even during daylight.

Q: How do you mount the rear red light? i see the rubber ring provided, and i know it hooks onto the light, but that's as far as i can figure out. thanks

There is a rubber clip attached to the housing that could be slid onto a helmet or backpack, there is also a rubber "ring" which can allow you to "hook" onto many other items too, seems pretty sturdy too.
