Saves my fingertips from cuts when iinserting cage nuts
It works as advertised. I bought this after fighting with some tight fitting cage nuts in a rack. It makes the installation much easier and safer than using a blade screwdriver.

Terrible design
Unless you are installing caged nuts on an empty two-post rack, this tool will be USELESS. It requires too much space for your hand to get in there with it in my oversized cabinets. And if you have something already in the position above or below where you want to put the nut, you can forget using this thing. You’re MUCH better off using a flat-head screwdriver with a hooked/bent tip, or even one of those cheap little J-hook tools. This was a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

Not completely useless.
Not completely useless, but close. It's easier to insert a cage nut with a small screwdriver than to use this tool. Gave it to the employees to use in a pinch.

Nice alternative to expensive cage nut tools
This is a nice little gizmo for dealing with the hassle of installing and removing cage or rack nuts. It's adjustable and super simple to use. My staff in the datacenter love it! The price is really good and it fits easily into pockets or tool bags.

Worst toe nail clippers I have ever bought.

Works but poorly made
The tool makes installing or removing cage nuts much easier but the tool is really poorly made. The holes drilled for the captive nut and screw is way off center and obviously hand-drilled.The tool is also unnecessarily short which means it takes more effort that it should to securely grip the cage nut. A longer version would be much more useful.
