Has a terrible screaming noise when the level of water is low
I just could not be bothered to send it back I will continue to use it but just have to be very careful to turn it off before the alarm goes which is very annoying

Makes an absolutely ridiculous noise when it’s not happy and can’t get it to stop doing it!
The media could not be loaded. It says on the package that the alarm will continuously sound if the water is not filtered etc. what a ridiculous thing to have, this is meant to be a relaxing product to use in clinic and if it stops working this will happen!? I can’t get it to work at all- it just has this awful noise . Sending it back.
