Wellspire 6 Litres Instant Pot - #304 Stainless Steel - Pressure Cook, Sauté, Steam, Delay Start and more - India's first 4" LCD display Electric Pressure Cooker

The media could not be loaded. I bought it on August 13th 2023 with little hesitation about some reviews I read on Amazon about after sales service and customer care. I do agree at times the number does not connect but the company connects soon, also the customer service responds promptly and resolves the issue. I bought 2 separate silicon gaskets from Amazon but were sent wrong size, Wellspire took action immediately by sending me link after that sent me gaskets of exact size, there was an issue with inner pot which was resolved very soon also. Now to the Wellspire product.1 I am extremely pleased with finishing and product packaging.2. I own a slow cooker crockpot and an Instapot same size I can say with confidence after using Wellspire on every mode pressure all 3 modes less normal and more, slow cooker on both modes. The Wellspire cooker is as good as any international brand namely instant pot. It cooks to perfection and is very good.3. For slow cooking I would recommend like in all instant pots add water so it cooks uniformly.4. The slow cooking takes bit longer than dedicated slow cooker but does job amazingly good. Pressure cooking, sauté, rice all work well. I did not use any preset because I do my own recipes and follow instructions of some chefs around world. My daughter who is a chef and runs cafés designs menus for many also tried it too and found it at par. I would say just go for it don’t read into customer care not responding which was my major concern but Wellspire customer care responds promptly and resolves all issues.Lastly I would recommend it highly and would expect Wellspire to have a bit detailed instructions manual and the recipe book to be more elaborated.I would be posting some pictures of food cooked on different modes. Majorly I cooked lamb chicken and vegetable also cooked soups boiled 30 eggs in 5minutes would post pics and if any customer needs to ask anything I’ll be happy to share. Cooked roast chicken on slow cook mode perfect tender and juicy added some pics, would be adding more of different recipes. Cream of mushroom soup cooked on sauté and pressure mode. Have cooked nearly 32 recipes and 98 percent have come to perfection. Highly recommend Wellspire it’s good as instant pot.

It has very good quality build and have well predefined settings for various types of cooking from soup/curry/rice /pulav/biryani/khichadi/ slow cooking etc.Then, why I am giving 4 star? Well, it's a Indian company with Chinese product!!!! Actually, it's my fault I was in search for Instant Pot made in India and I found this product claiming Indian brand so I didn't go deep to find where it's made. They mentioned where it's statutory that it's Chinese product so yes they are not at fault.Other than this it's very good product build-wise, look-wise, easy operation-wise, easy cleaning etc.One more positive point that atleast it's Indian company. So hopefully if required some back up will be available in case of any malfunctioning in future.One more thing they have very good concept of virtual demo which was nicely followed/fixed up by them after prompt delivery through video call explaining functions/clearing my doubts etc. Very good knowledgeable person giving demo.I don't think they are going to publish this review.

I had the opportunity to explore the Wellspire product, and I am truly impressed with its features and functionality. Great product and design also the materials are good too. From the Wellspire team Himanshu gupta guided me how to use the product and helped me to clarify my doubts about the product usage. The team were cooperative.

Do not buy this product,,I have purchased this on March 2023 and I have also registered this product on thire website and I received a mail for 3 years warrenty.Now after 1.5 years cooker stop working . I called to customer care and they not considered the warranty and saying that it for only heating element and asking service charge for 490 rupees.

It’s is an efficient multi-cooking pot and very easy to use. The stainless steel inner pot is very easy to clean and the accessories provided are quite useful. The product looks well finished from both exterior and the interiors. The large display of the pot has pictorial representation which looks way better than just plain buttons.The preset option is the best feature amongst all others as you can set it previous night and your food is cooked before you get up the next day. It saves a lot of trouble and comes very handy while saving time.Boiling eggs or potatoes is so easy and the cooked food is not messy. Dishes like Dal can be cooked without spilling unlike the regular cookers which makes cleaning even more efficient. The cooking time also is considerably reduced when compared to conventional stovetop cooking.The ease in switching between different modes like sauté, to pressure cook is helpful especially while cooking Indian food. The cooking pot is very versatile in cooking soups, dal, rice, kheer, chole etc. Surprisingly cooking pasta was quick and there was no need for constant monitoring as compared to stove top.The only con probably would be while cooking very small qualities of food for just two people. I tried pot in pot method to avoid cleaning the large inner pot and it worked for rice and dal.All in all I am very happy with the product and looking forward to experimenting with cooking in different modes and more varieties of cuisines.
