I like the easy to find and follow exercises. Even if you find one that helps reduce the pain, then the book is well worth it. The SI joint adjustment exercise is the winner for me. Yes, there are a lot of similar exercises on the internet but I like having a simple hard copy to reference and not spend time sifting through them online.

Quick Reliable Set of Exercises
I found the Sciatica pain relief book very helpful. The exercises were easy to follow and something that I could easily fit into a morning or evening routine. This is important, because it is the consistency of doing the exercises that makes a difference as well. Moreover, the exercises were effective. Generally I find all Morgan Sutherland's books useful for back related issues.

Good, quick exercises to address sciatica
This book included a lot of easy-to-follow exercises to help deal with and alleviate sciatica, clearly explained and illustrated. Importantly (to me) the exercises are fairly simple - and effective. The fact that they can be done in about 15 minutes a day is a big plus. I'm actually more likely to *do* them!

Great price! Excellent content.
I bought this book because it had lots of excellent information in one source. Searching for this info on the web was time consuming.I found the information very helpful after I incurred sciatic pain after an auto accident.
