The brown color is really nice and feels like great material. It comes with a neck strap so you can walk around with the camera around your neck. It is very easy to take the camera out whenever you want to snap a pic and it offers great protection if you just need to throw the camera into a bag when you travel. I honestly wouldn't put the ricoh in a bag without it.

Works great and very fashionable. It made my ricoh gr iii not pocketable but i intended on wearing it over my shoulders anyways.You have to be aware where you put the top cover when you use your camera or you will lose it. I just wrap it over the strap.

This beautiful camera jacket fits the Ricoh GRlllX perfectly. I love that you can remove the cover and just have the bottom half-case stay on. I also love that it has a handsome leather strap with the O rings on the half-case. I changed mine, by cutting off the black straps and buying double snap locks to fasten the case and strap on. I ordered some gold circle snap clasp, to match my gold ‘bling ring’ and this will make it look even sharper. I think this is an excellent deal to get a half-case, a full leather jacket and a leather strap for all under $30 bux! You can’t beat this deal, or this classy look!

This is a nice, high quality case with a great feel. But the design is off and makes no sense.I have been using cases like this for over 50 years. The main design feature of these cases is they connect at the bottom. This case connects at the top. When taking it off, it should unwrap around the camera and hang suspended from one end. This case hangs from the middle and just gets in the way of the photo and the photographer.Also, there are two full flaps that "stack" when the case closes, adding an unnecessary .75" to the thickness of an already thick case. And the brass ring for the strap are attached where the block the side button. It's irritating.The lens cover is also overkill - it seems designed to house the lens extended. But when the camera is off it's just an unneeded 1" of added depth. The case really does not need that bump.This is a beautiful, nice, ridiculously designed attempt at a case. If it was made properly, I'd buy one at three times the price. This one I'm returning.

I liked the case but it was sadly even larger than I'd feared. It made my tiny, pocketable GR into a beast that would have required a very large pocket or a bag to carry around. Being able to slip it into any jacket pocket or my back jeans pocket means it goes everywhere I go. If I have to find some place to stash this, it'll never leave the house. Quality seemed nice. It felt like it would definitely protect the camera from small drops. And I liked the green color. Sadly, I had to put the camera back in the sunglasses sleeve I was originally carrying it around in.
