Pleasant flavour but lacks body and ends up weak.

Been drinking Ethiopian coffee now for quite a while, illy beans arabica are very good.This coffee is a letdown very pale, not too much flavor.Even with two tablespoons for one nice size cup doesn't make a difference.Are you the drip method which is really the only way to make proper coffee.
