poor quality items with no one checking it has all component parts before despatching it: this item arrived missing all fixing kit and was incomplete

total waste of money and time
The tape on reverse is inferior. I wanted it for use in my kitchen. It fell of the wall and is now on kitchen floor. As I am disabled, cannoit bend down to collelct all the tiny pieces all over and under appliances send me back my money
