FICM Engine Fuel Injector Complete Wire Harness - Replaces Part 5C3Z9D930A, 5C3Z-9D930-A - Compatible with Ford Vehicles F250 F350 F450 F550 - Powerstroke 6.0L Diesel - 2003-2007

Pretty easy to install on my 2003 F350 6.0 took longer to remove my air filter & FICM than it did to remove & install the new injector harness. Only issue I had was with the power harness to the FICM a release tab was broken so I had to run a couple of zip ties around the ficm n the connector & tighten them up after the ficm was bolted down to ficm bracket so it wouldn't wiggle loose & lose power to the ficm. My truck starts & runs great!! It was a little differen't then my factory harness as far as where it secured to the studs on the intake with the little plastic locators but I just made sure it was secure with some small zip ties that was my only issue.

If you are having issues with a 6.0L running rough while cold, replace your FICM harness before spending hundreds on a new FICM.My scan gauge showed injectors 2,4,5&7 contribution/balance codes and on a hunch, I replaced the old harness which was the original (16 years old) one and now I only have an injector 5 contribution/balance code.This harness is well made and fits properly. I would recommend adding a heat shield between it and the turbo though. The turbo gets very hot and that is what I believe ruined the OEM harness.

This vender leads one to believe this product is made in the USA. Makes you wonder if the lifetime warrantee is a fraud as well. I'd return if I had noticed before I had it installed.

Installed 3 now with zero issues two on 05 and one on a late 04 6.0 Powerstroke

This fuel injection control module board is a four pin. Will not fit all 2003 f350 6.0 diesels. Some have seven pin control boards. If you have worked on a 6.0 you will know. Beware make sure before purchase.

My FICM had failed, voltage dropping immediately during cranking. Ordered this power supply board, arrived exactly on time, removed FICM and performed the board replacement surgery, installed back into truck, turned key and she fired right up as expected. Voltage does not drop during cranking any more and remains a constant 47.5 - 50.0. Thank you for the replacement power board.

My 2005 F350 6.9 FICM reading was at 38 and would clime to 48.as it warmed up.Installed this part and now 48v to 49 v never drops below 48 v. Highly recommend. Tha KS to the employees who manufacture this component.
