"I am a doctor by profession. I purchased a nano pin on March 12, 2025, intending to use it for my patients. I already owned three machines. The package arrived in good condition, so I did not open it immediately. Typically, we open such packages in front of the patient. However, I was shocked to find that the pin did not fit any of my machines. I even tried all three machines, but it was incompatible with each. I also contacted the derma distributor to inquire about purchasing a machine compatible with this pin, but that was unsuccessful as well. I then contacted Amazon to request a replacement or refund. They acknowledged my issue but stated they could not initiate a return or refund because I purchased the product on March 12th. I discovered the error today, and despite being a Prime customer, Amazon is insisting I keep the product. I requested they find a machine that would fit the pin, but they refused. This has been a very unsatisfactory experience."
