PLEASE READ THIS LONG POST ENTIRELY TO FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT IT MEANS.It's ok, but much higher in carbs than I realized. I'll use it for making keto fat bombs or in bulletproof coffee and chocolate drinks, but then I'll return to using Tesco's own brand 'deeply Chocolatey' cocoa powder, that's surprisingly very high in cacao content and much lower in carbs. I bought the Pink Sun one thinking it would be better for a ketogenic lifestyle. It isn't. However, I buy many other Pink Sun items and overall they're excellent. I just got caught out with this one, as I didn't think to check the macros out, as I'm used to their other products being amazing in that respect. Please bear in mind that this is a PERSONAL issue that I've only knocked down the item 1 star because of the higher carb count and the Tesco brand is less than a third of this and double the fats. If you aren't on a 'keto' or low carb high fat diet then this product is excellent and very well priced.Addendum:After being in prolonged personal contact with Pink Sun, they have actually checked in depth the macros of their product and compared it to Tesco's. They found that the values don't correlate because I'VE incorrectly calculated the macros on a per serving basis. Therefore I divided the per 100g figures of Pink Sun to get a 10g serving. I then compared it to Tesco's brand (which is still good) but I've compared a 4g serving of the Tesco brand, to a 10g serving of the Pink Sun brand. So please accept my apologies if I mislead anyone. It was MY oversight. The customer service from Pink Sun has been EXCEPTIONAL towards my issue. For that alone I applaud them. Plus I will revert back to using this product as it is better quality than I first worked out.I've therefore changed my rating to a 5*

This cacao is just the best. It is smooth, tasty, just a wonderful experience in a mug. Will keep buying this product and it is now my 'go to' cacao. No more trying other brand. This is quality. I highly recommend.

I have been buying this cacao for a few years now (1kg every two months). I had bought a lot of other cocaos beforehand, but the Pink Sun Cocao came along, I bought it and have never bought anything else since. I drink it and there is nothing better than this hot cacao, it has a great taste. It mixes up really well and I prefer it to coffee as a drink. It is great in baking as well. Great value in the 1 kg pack.

Warning to all, this is CACAO powder and not COCOA powder. There is a difference, but Amazon search will show you Cacao powder even if you search for Cocoa, and vice versa. That said, provided you understand the difference, I find cacao powder offers excellent depth of flavour. I made cake with this and it tasted VERY GOOD.Taking one star off because I initially bought thinking it was cocoa powder, and the ziplock mechanism on the bag could be designed better. Just nitpicking. but the actual product in the bag is 5 star quality.

I've been getting this cacao for years. It's changed my life. It increases my serotonin, I feel happier each time I have a cacao smoothie. I would no doubt be on anti-depressants if it wasn't for this. I've tried other raw cacao powder, but always go back to Pink sun, and hopefully will always have it. It's honestly the best one, tastes great too.
