Honestly, this is one of the BEST purchases I have ever made! I was a mechanic for 28 years and working on cement floors all those years really wreaked havoc on my lower back and feet. Now I've been a realtor for 8 years and also do major home renovations. At 63 years old, my body still screams for help! I have been going to a chiropractor, which was is tremendous help, but I felt that I needed a massage therapist more than chiropractic at this point. This chair was delivered today and OMG, after one time, I am blown away!!! I honestly feel like there is a message therapist in my living room anytime I am hurting. I freaking LOVE this chair! and so far, I've only used the "default" preset as well as the "stretch" setting, and my back pain is GONE! I am excited to try all the other functions it has to offer. I have plantar fasciitis and tendonitis too, especially in my toes. The chair works the bottom of the feet on a very consistent level, but not so much on the top of my feet where the tendonitis is the most painful, but no big deal, I have a hand-held massager for that. I would recommend his chair at 10 stars if I could.

As a massage enthusiast I can say that this chair does a good enough job that my therapists are going to miss seeing me every week which has been my standard for the last several years.I have sciatica and after one week, I am amazed by the help this chair has provided me with relief. I played and walked a mountain golf course yesterday and can say the 5.5 mile march was tiring but possible because my sciatica did not bother me.I highly recommend that you learn to test the different programs, but most importantly, you learn and test the manual adjustments to get exactly what you desire and what you “knead” ;). Great chair, only thing I wish for that the width of the rollers went out about one more inch on each side for a broader coverage of the full glutes and lower back area. The shoulder and back massage works but I thought the 4D would immerse that area with more intensity but it lacks more to be desired!But I highly recommend this chair.

We really were impressed with this machine. Highlights were price of the chair, the quick delivery, easy set up within 5 minutes. We also enjoy the full LED touchscreen, the quality of the speaker when using the Bluetooth option. The multiple options for massages and the adjustment it offers. We loved the look of the machine. This is the best massage I've had from a chair EVER. and the customer support was awesome bc I lost one of the screws, and they sent me another one. It feels so good, some people have said it hurts but that's sort of what I was hoping for, a deep massage that's not weak like the nail salon chairs.It massages my neck and stretches my legs, it massages the bottoms of my feet. It goes all the way down and massages underneath my butt too! I've read that many people store stress and tension right where the butt meets the thigh so it feels so good when it presses there. There are many features I haven't tried out yet. It was easy to assemble too, just place the leg piece into the slots and then screw it in.Be wary, it comes in a HUGE box and we almost didn't know how we were going to get it inside because it is so heavy.
