Used for filling a small hamper. Just right for the job. Ordered too much, but very generous anyway.

I bought this to use as hamper filling and it was advertised at a good value price for 1kg compared to shops and other sellers selling tiny packs for far more. I haven't weighed it so it could be less but the package is heavy and there seems a vast amount so I won't argue.It came in a sturdy plastic packaging, loose inside but compacted so is easy to store away which I'm happy with. Always a bonus if there is no unnecessary packaging to dispose of.This is a 'natural' colour, beige or pale cream.To touch it its quite rough as you would expect as its shredded material. I pull a handful out and then pull this a few times to loosen it up which in turn fluffs it up.There is a fair bit of shedding and dust, but to be expected with such a material in my opinion. It's nothing that cannot be tidied up easily.I don't detect any odour to the material or packaging.Ive already attempted a trial run of a hamper basket and this works perfectly, it offers a good cushion for any products I place inside the basket, it stretches a distance so really only need a small amount. I think this should last me a fair while.It's completely recyclable too which I'm happy about.I'd recommend and will be back for more when I eventually use all of this.

Ordered this for hamper and basket fill. It arrives in a plastic bag which is fine to store it in the cupboard, pull and fluff it apart as you fill a basket. I have made last years christmas hampers and various gifts throughout the year and it has lasted and I have enough to complete a few baskets and hampers for this year. Adds presentation and a nice effect to gifts.I will definately buy this again as its so handy to keep in and costs less than running to gift shop for tissue shred which is not as substantial.

Not sure if it is the full weight, it is sufficient for the task we need it for.
