I ordered this cabinet and it was perfect for what i needed, it doesn't warm dry towels though and it stopped working after an hour. I was really sad because I finally had the Tao cabinet. I always wanted but I couldn't use it and had to return it, It was very inconvenient and I will not be buying another one because i'm afraid that the same thing will happen. I was so excited when it arrived because I finally had a hot towel to offer to my clients. And then I had to be inconvenienced by sending it back. But Amazon is amazing and I got. Excellent customer service From AmazonAnd I had to pay to send it back so I lost money in the whole thing, Buyer beware And I wouldn't recommend because because I didn't have the time or the resources to send it back but I had to stop and take time out of my busy schedule to make sure that I sent it back.. Amazon Prime membership pays off everyone should have one. Thank you amazon for saving the day. If I could give 0 stars, this product would get 0 stars. That's how upset I am about having to send it back because it was my dream cabinet. Until I got it and now it's a nightmare.

This double towel heater is a great size, over all it is 25 1/2" high x 17 1/2" wide x 11" deep. Inside measurements are 2 areas of 14 1/2" wide x 7 1/2" deep and 9 3/4" high! The 2 seperate heating areas are controled by 2 seperate switches. You can use 1 or both areas independently! The unit heated up to max temp of 176 in about 30 minutes. When the temp reaches 167° the UV light turns off automatically and when temps drop to 140° it turns the UV light back on. It is reccomended to use damp or moist towels not overly wet ones, also avoid opening cabinet before towels are heated. When a towel is need you are to turn off unit prior to opening the door. I experimented with the damp towel and it worked awesome, I also place baby sized blankets in and that too work well with just a damp wash rag in the unit with them. I plan to use this with bath towels and baby blankets as need as a warm towel gets our 15 month old Grandson to sleep longer and quicker! That is a Grandma pro tip!!! I did not need to use tongs or gloves to remove the towels nor the blankets as they reccomend, also a Grandma move due to the heat resistant hands I have built up over the years! Over all I highly reccomend this unit! My next experiment will be to use a bit of Lavender oil on the damp towel to make the blankets and bath towel smell as nice as they are warm! (That is another Grandma pro tip!)

It does not get towels warm enough. I had pre-warmed towels in there for 6 hours. They were warmish...but not hot. That alone is one star. Another problem - if you put wet towels in the top cabby, the moisture will leak out of the front of the top cabby, but because the bottom one is sealed, water collects in the gasket and *eventually* gets to the drip tray.An intelligent design would have a drip tray under each cabby.Also, there is no way to level this. I did not know my floors were unlevel, so my cabby tilts backwards, and water collects in the back. I shouldnt have to shimmy this.An intelligent design would have adjustable screw foot on each corner.I am going to return.

I ended up having to buy two and returning one because the first one 2 days after using the bottom just stopped working leaving me trying to use only the top on a busy day. The second one I've been using for about a week and still seems to be working well however when it arrived it had scratches on it. Not impressed by this company but it'll do. The ozone and heat are connected so you can turn only one setting on and I can smell the scent from ozone but others can barely smell it so it could be just sensitive nose. The heating element works well. I arrive at my spa 45 minutes before my first client and prep my towel in Luke warm water. If I have a facial first the towels are as hot as I'd like but decent after the 45 minutes. If I have a massage first the towles are toasty after massage and for rest of the day. I use the very top rack to heat my hot stones so multi purpose. You can't fit as many hand towels what I use for facials as I'd hoped but still fits decent amount. I can squeeze in 8 on each rack allowing me 32 prepped towels for the day. Put a towel under it as condensation will leave everywhere.

I really wanted to love this towel cabby, but I really dont. It leaks water everywhere, it doesnt have a drip tray under the top door so water drips all over everytime you open the door. There is a drip tray under the bottom door and still water goes everywhere everytime you open the door. The bottom section doesnt get as hot as the top which is frustrating when you need hot towels not warm towels, even after being in there all day they arent really hot. Ive had it one month and bow the side seam on the bottom is leaking 😡 and its passed my return window. I would bot recommend this product spend a little more and get a professional brand, I wish I would have
