I love this butter dish. I love the fact that I can put butter into the tray and have the room to leave the knife on the side of the said tray and it stays there, it does not fall out. It is a roomy butter tray, very generous in size. This is a great peace. The color looked a bit faded, but this happens when firing occurs sometimes, just makes it one of a kind (or thousand of a kind), I love the quirks. I is a happy butter dish and it makes me smile. If you love sunflowers (I do) I think you may love this, a lot maybe.

Cute but bulky
I wanted a cute butter dish for a dinner party I was hosting. This dish is heavy and the glaze was uneven. I did not return the dish, but it is too bulky for use on a crowded table.
