The boots seem well made and thick. I bought them to protect from snake bites at our home. The size seems to be about half size large. They will work. Thabkst

Nice for hunting or fishing pretty comfortable. Size is true. Walked in creek good grip on wet rocks priced well. Just as good as the pricier boots. I’ll try them out snake season but will try not to test out the snake proof part !

These boots are pretty nice. I wish they had half sizes. So I'm a little cramped at the toes but not real uncomfortable. I tried the next size up but they were way too big. That half size would make a huge difference. I've had them for a while now and was putting them on the other day and the strap on the back of the boot started to rip. They do feel nice on the inside but could use a little bit more room. The are pretty light walking around in the yard and have a good tread on them.

Do not buy these boots. The title for this is (currently) "snake proof boots." But the description subtly says only less than half of the boot has material that protects against snake bites. That's less than garters. I did not notice that caveat when I bought it (if it said that then), and I don't think it did say it then. Now I'm stuck with an item that doesn't do what it specifically says it does in the title.I don't understand how you can sell a product that is "snake proof" when half of it is not designed to stop a snake bite. I'm beyond the return window, and I've been wearing these boots in areas with snakes (and have encountered snakes!), and this whole time I was not actually protected.Otherwise, these boots run small. They've held up for me so far, traction is fine, but they aren't a particularly good value for the price since they don't do well the one thing they say they do that differentiates them from basic waterproof boots.I'll never buy from this company again, and it's frustrating that Amazon lets this sort of deceptive advertising occur. If you want uncomfortable boots that are waterproof that offer marginal protection against snakes, these do it. But if you want actual snake boots, you need to buy a different product.

Obviously it's too soon to know how well these boots will hold up in the long term, so I'll just tell you first impressions. I normally wear a size 11 boot. I ordered size 11 and mine fit perfectly. I bought these, after wearing out a pair of Muck boots. These are much less expensive, but they are just as comfortable to wear. I wear them for barn boots and working in the yard in wet or cold weather. I feel like I got my money's worth. Time will tell if they hold up.

Well built but the shaft is big enough for two legs. Hard to get off. Easy return.
