Q: does it rotate? pleaseeeee answer

Yes, it rotates. It's got two speeeeeds... fast, and faster. This will make more sense when you use the massager head with the little free-wheeling orbs.. it would be great if you could have a 'slower' option for the head rotation speed but it's basically fast or faster. Other than that, it's a great product, it's great for a once a fortnight facial skin overhaul, it feels lighter than it looks, and by the way, all those heads are not for use on the face. The pumice stone is supposed to be for feet and hard skin areas.. and the smooth sandpaper one is for nails.. so, read the descriptions on the box AND on the paper inside. And, of course, this information is already in the description of the product at point of purchase.

Yes it is waterproof (treat it as you would an electric toothbrush) there are instructions on the box and more detailed inside.

No it doesn't unfortunately. Only comes in a box.
