Packaging was great. No issues. Perfect conditions.I usually drive out of my way to get a Starbucks hot chocolate..and I will never again!! This hot coco is honestly better! This is my favorite hot chocolate for sure.Also I tried to get fancy and I used my espresso kcup guy and then mixed with the coco and it was LIFE CHANGING.Highly recommend.Yum.

Long delivery and delivered damaged
The media could not be loaded. Not normally one to leave bad reviews or even complain about something... but this was supposed to be a gift. I even tried to return it to order another (would be super late) and there is no returns allowed and it took multiple weeks to arrive. Looking at it a little more the seal to it is also broken. For that reason alone I don't think the item is safe to give.

Makes a great mocha latte
I use it to make mocha lattes every week. It liquifies very well. Love the flavor of my mochas using this rather than Girardelli or Swiss Miss. It also makes some great hot chocolate.

Got to like Starbucks cocoa!
It did come with a small dent in the can, but I’m not planning on eating or drinking the can, so all is good. LOL.
