The product works great, but it was more difficult to install than it looked on video. Separating the screen from the body was difficult. I tried heating the edges and using the tools provided but this did not help. I finally used a razor at the bottom and slid it between the glass screen and body to get enough separation to use the plastic tools provided. After you get the screen off it's all down hill. Just be careful to put the correct screws in its original location as they all lookalike but with different lengths.

This little pack saved me having to buy a new phone! The installation instructions were easy to follow, and my phone is like brand new now. It charges quicker and holds the charge longer. Highly recommended!

Great quality

For the price (under $25), it's a really good looking battery. (I will update this review, if the capacity after break in disappoints)... It's well marked pack, and hefty (the weight tell me it's dense, and so may indeed be high capacity). The label is well marked, with claimed capacity, and the iPhone model (in my case, the 8 Plus). The tools & supplies however are a bit of a disappointment. One of the adhesive tabs / seals had a notable, but minor defect in the adhesive, which I doubt will cause any sort of problem. The other seal, seems thin, but is well enough made.The tools may only get you through this one job, and don't expect them to be keepers. The screwdriver, with interchangeable bits, could have been a good idea, but it's really cheap and clunky.... It's downfall, is the fit for the bit & into the hex socket, has way too wobbly for delicate electronics work. The bits feel like they might fall out, (but didn't) and the metal feels cheap, and probably not hardened, so they may not hold up past single use. The Suction cup is stiff, but should work. The Sim eject tools are terrible...thin stampings, sharp and flimsy.. but they did hold up for one use! The Spudger is really cheap, as has a nasty feeling mold release burr, but it's solid at least. The tweezers are the star of the show... very sharp and pretty good...In conclusion, for the current price ($23.99) a solid 4 stars. As others have stated; if you are good with phone repairs, you follow the videos and instructions.... and you really only needed the battery at seals.... go for it... It's worth buying a labeled battery pack. If you go to the mall to have your batt replaced, you'll get who-knows-what....

I followed the instructions and ended up tearing the connector between the screen and the backplane. It was NOT at the top of the phone. The phone needed to be opened like a book, along the long edge. Very poor.
