Lovely taste - make a hot drink with it as a tea or herbal tea substitute - I like about half a teaspoon in hot water to make a warming drink. Staves off feeling hungry mid morning. Have used a couple of teaspoons making a homemade curry and with half a can of coconut milk, it turned out like a korma (really tasty). The jar has lasted a good couple of weeks so far and about a quarter of a jar to go so I felt it was good value also.

A teaspoon of this in hot water is lovely and calming , tastes super healthy a nice change from tea or coffee .

After door knocking neighbours, I finally found the honey and mum was very happy. She hasn’t tried it yet, but she thought it looked lovely and it may help her pain.

Not to keen it burns my tongue think it's the pepper
