as described
ordered from oxid7 and arrived 7 days later, it came as described, pool and pump, not sure what the below revies is about but to get a pool cover and steps for £70 quid is in the realms of fantasty, also as itd only 26inch high, why do u need a ladder.Anyway it arrived today, after work i laid some old carpet down and set up the pool, took about 10mins max with a stirrup pump to blow the top ring up, followed instructions when filling up to ensure all creases etc are out and its looking good.it took about 1hr 45mins to fill on the hose.so far so good.Bring on the hot weather (yeah right, end of summer folks cos i just bought a pool)i have not set up the pump yet as the plug is a Shcuko 2 pin, will be picking up adapter tomorrow.I have since bought a Schuko adapter for the 2 pin plug from Maplins for £6. Pump seems fine to me.

a very good buy.
I bought this because i have 3 grandchildren, 2 children and a hot summer holiday. It was a very good price and arrived really fast. It is easy to put up, it came with a filter system easy to use as well we had it up for the whole of the holiday .we had others before but i have to say this is well made and very strong material . I would recommened anyone to buy this item. I am glad i did.

It’s ’ok‘
The pool is great, nice size, not to big and not to small. We wanted a steel frame pool but couldn’t find an 8ft one.The inflatable ring does go down but the seller kindly gave a partial refundThe refund, was also due to the filter sucking in air somewhere well also as of to day the filter is next to useless I’m not sure what has gone wrong but there is so much air in it it’s not doing anything, and using the air release just lets more air in, so I have no clue what has happened there. As far as the pool it’s self, it’s good, expect it’ll last a couple of seasons if looked after

Love this pool (and pump) except for the one downside ...
Love this pool (and pump) except for the one downside (hence not the full 5 stars)...The trouble is the height from the ground of the water outlet hole (on the side): once the water level falls below this thus no longer leaks out gravitationally, the volume of the remaining water is still too great, meaning too heavy to flip the pool over like you can smaller pools in order to empty out the remainder, or even to lift momentarily to enable you to prop up the opposite side of the pool using something bulky but non-sharp underneath (I wanted to use a giant beanbag). I imagine this would be do-able were there two of you, but one person? Not a chance. What I did in the end was sit reading beside the pool on a chair (because it took a whole hour +) whilst pressing my foot gently but firmly down and into the side of the pool fabric just below the outlet hole, just enough to manoeuvre the hole down lower than the remaining water level. Once that ceased working, THEN it was just about light enough to flip over, albeit initially for the first few minutes, as I stood there with the still-heavy side lifted, I had to repeatedly bump my thigh and hip against the pool to cause 'tidal waves' to spill over the opposite side. What a palava (I was cream-crackered by the end of it)! For this reason, I highly recommend either [a] you ensure two of you do it, b] buy an electric drainage pump (or a spare length of rubber hose so that you can siphon it out), or [c] use chlorine or (which is what I then did) other water treatment solutions to prevent having to change the water mid-season. Better yet would be the point-of-sale blurb advising the customer of these further purchase recommendations to begin with. You can't 'cheat', either, by not filling the pool to capacity in the first place because otherwise the inlet/outlet holes for the electric pump get covered up by the sagging pool sides immediately above them and just below the inflatable rim (- I tried that, meh!).Other than that, it's a superb, really robust, roomy and attractive pool! Plus if there's only one of you in it, it's even just deep enough to float there on your back or to suspend yourself by resting your head gently atop the inflated rim. Overall, then, it gets a thumbs-up!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SUPPLIER
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SUPPLIERI bought this pool a couple of weeks before a family event and set it up the week before the event to check it out and get the water to the correct ph.Overnight the plug in the air ring came out and deposited all the water over my lawn & garden. To make sure I had not fitted it incorrectly I inflated it and refilled it with water the following weekend, with the same result. The plug will not stay in the hole, the flex in the retaining strap is sufficient to pull it out.I contacted Vinsani and requested a refund as I did not think the pool was fit for purpose.Their reply was that as I did not contact them within 30 day their refunds department had declined the refund. To add insult to injury they also apologies for any inconvenience caused.Using their argument, if you buy a Christmas present at the end of November and it found to be falty over Christmas you will not get a refundI have contacted Amazon regarding their A-to-z Guarantee Programme and have been told that after 14 days they will take no action, and it is up to me to get a refund from my card provider or contact the manufacture. So be aware Amazon appears to be saying, if you buy a present for someone and it is not opened and checked to see if it is ok within 14 days, you are on your own, and that neither they, nor their suppliers take any responsibility for any faulty goods they supply.A sobering thought with Christmas coming.Steve H
