Works with DJI Power 500/1000 power stations
It works fantastically with the DJI 500 power station/solar generator. With this converter and Airsense 11 CPAP humidifier off, I can sleep several nights in a row on a single DJI 500 battery charge. The negative reviews are likely from people using a USB-C power source that doesn't meet the 20V 3.25/5A requirement of the converter. You need to check your power bank/station/solar generator compatibility before purchasing this.

Does not power Airsense 11
I bought this so I could have an alternate power source to be used off of my back up battery. I took the chance on it after reading the reviews and thought maybe most people did not understand that it needed 100 W power source the 100 w PD adapter (usb c). I have the power connection on both of my batteries. The adapter would not initiate my CPAP machine. Green light just flashed and nothing else happened. I returned it immediately. It just does not work.

Works as advertised
I recently purchased the ResMed AirMini, but was disappointed to find that the included power supply was nearly as big as the CPAP itself. I normally travel with a USB C laptop charger so hoped this product would be a good alternative. I've now tested it with the Anker PowerPort III 65w and the Anker 727 Charging Station 100w and both powered my AirMini without issue. I will continue to test and will update this review if my experience changes. I really hope ResMed will make USB C standard for their future travel machines.

Failed midway through the night
Unacceptable quality and potentially dangerous power supply for a medical device. After 1 week, this power supply failed overnight (while running on 100w USB-C output from a battery backed DC power station - so definitely not the fault of my house AC lines) and would not power my Resmed AirMini until I unplugged both ends of the adapter and plugged it back in again. Not fun to wake up feeling like you're choking. Don't take a risk on this power supply.

Powers the Resmed Airsense 11 using Anker powerbank
This is a good option for powering my Resmed Airsense 11 using the Anker Powerbank (24000mAh, 65W).I was able to sleep for 9 hours using a fully charged powerbank connected with this cable to my Airsense 11.Tried it once. Hope it works in the flight later on.

Cannot recommend
This thing only kind of works , there's alot of exceptions and requirements to get any level of reliability . If your charger has ampage control it will shut down during breathing surges , its incredibly temperamental on battery packs , and can only use high level chargers without automatic energy saving protocols. Will not particular damage machine , but its unpleasant to wake up when it shuts itself down , feels like your choking or drowning . So far no medical danger . But does not make you feel safe when using it. Only use it for long flights if your desperate. I can only recommend this because all versions I've tried have had the same problem and there is no alternative that does it better. Too bad it does it's job so badly. Materials and design will not give you confidence , it's only one step above some sort home made garage product. I really wish they'd actually build it properly and actually make.a proper product instead of this hodgepodge of a solution

Does the job, but significant power-drain
First, the good: with the ResMed Air Mini, an 8-hour session at 8cm(H20) used about 60% of my 92.5Wh USB battery pack (one advertised as 25000mAh). Actual power draw during use was roughly 7W, but your mileage may vary depending on the prescription loaded into your device (mine is 40% the devices max pressure rating). It is certainly enough to get me through the night on a single charge and in that way it does its job. Now, the "meh":But if this adapter is plugged into the battery WITHOUT the other end being plugged into anything, it also drains the battery at a significant rate (50% in ~12h), roughly a 4W power draw without load.It also is fairly limited in which USB-PD it supports, and REQUIRES a USB port that can provide 20V output (even on many batteries that support it, not all of the USB ports provide 20V) at one of 3.25A/5.0A/6.75A (65W/100W/135W).Since my device only needed 7W during use, it is surprising that I need to use my battery Pack's only 65W port. This would provide much greater utility if it supported a wider range of USB-PD voltages.

Wasn't working.. almost gave up. Wrong port.
I was having trouble getting it to work with my c300 dc anker solix. After trial and error I finally figured it out. You can't use the 140w pd 3.1 ports. You have to use the 100w usb c port. It's draws less than 10 watts without the humidifier. Update- it quit working. The resmed would just flash and not power up. Turns out I just needed to reset the power bank. Works fine now.
