I love the fact that it comes with 3 different brush heads (cross action, sensitive and whitening) with a case to store these heads. Also with either of the heads, the power brush can actually work in different modes (daily care, sensitive, whitening and gum care) just by switching with the power button. I particularly use the sensitive mode often which is very gentle, yet very effective in cleaning all round.I like the pressure sensor indicator which lets you know if you are applying excessive pressure to the head of the brush. The benefit of this is that it actually helps you maintain the correct pressure on the teeth and not wear your enamel out unnecessarily, also it helps ensure longevity of the brush bristles. There is a timer pulsating indicator that tells you once you’ve spent 30 seconds and is meant to make you change focus to another section of the mouth which is pretty cool as well.The power brush lasts long on battery. Once fully charged, it lasted 7 days with me brushing morning and night. The charging dock is solidly built and sits/fits well with the toothbrush head cases.The travel case is very compact and sturdy and classy at least for a power brush.There is a classic phone stand which allows your phone to be held while you brush away. It has a slip proof surface where the phone retains itself and considerably reducing the risk of phone falling off in case you have a phone call while in the bathroom. The phone stand itself retains itself properly on any surface and is also slip proof.The other amazing bit about the power brush is its smart ability. It has built in Bluetooth which works with the Oral B app. Downloading and installing the app was an easy peasy, I was also able to quickly sync the brush with the app.The amazing bits about the app are:- It times you while you brush and shows you which of the brushing modes you are currently on- It tries to encourage you to brush for at least 2 minutes per cycle- It reminds you about other dental care regimens everytime you brush- It connects automatically once the app is launched and brushing is started- It logs daily care routine and lets you know how well you are doing- It reminds you if you haven’t used the app in a while- Manually acknowledge that you have flossed, washed your tongue and rinsed with mouth wash to complete the daily care- Gives hints on how best to maintain good oral hygieneHowever, In my own opinion, I think the app could be better improved to address the points I find not too great about the APP- If the Bluetooth is connected, I don’t want to start the app manually before I can monitor my brushing routine. I would prefer the app to launch by itself immediately I start brushing- Counter should be able to pause timing once one pauses brushing for a period of seconds and automatically continue on that cycle once one continues. I realise I don’t get this facility on my app even though it was mentioned as something it should do.My overall opinion is that this is such a great tool and I think it is a must have for guaranteed super dental cleaning. It changed my rather boring brushing for a great fun.I can connect it with my smartphone via Bluetooth. It means, I can check my brushing motions during the cleaning process. I can use the built in timer and guide for a better wash. It allows me to track my brushing habits weekly and monthly. I can learn more about my brushing and customise brushing modes according my needs and preferences. It is fantastic; I can have my individual electric toothbrush which helps to achieve the best result.Oral B Smart Series Cross action is sold with three different heads:- 3D White for brilliant clean and polished teeth- Crossaction is the most popular head- Sensitive Clean is extremely gently with painful gums and teeth (luckily since I stopped with eating lots of sugary food my teeth sensitivity has gone and comes back only after a lazy weekend)You can even upgrade your brushing studio with three more different heads: Flossaction, Precision Clean and Tri Zone. I have not tested these now, but must try.I use the Crossaction head which is designed for precise clean. Lifts and powers away plaque. It is small enough to reach all my teeth preciously. It even gentle and massages my gums. It is very powerful but never makes my gums bleeding.Not only the heads but the handle is very interesting and have new features. There is a red light on the handle which indicates when I brush too hard. I needed this feature so much because I outwear a totally new brush head in 3-4 weeks. I know it is not good for my teeth and can make them sensitive. Oral B Smart toothbrush is the only one which can help me and teach me to good brushing technics. I am really grateful for this big help.The handle shows even the charging level and flashing red light comes out when you should use the premium charger. It makes it totally impossible that the toothbrush stops working in your mouth. They quote a battery life of a week for this model based on two 2-minute brushing sessions a day. If you have a household of 2 people using it, then it drops to half that. I think they expect you to trickle charge it at all times. That's not an option in my house as there is nowhere to put the toothbrush stand that is close to the shaver socket, so initially it spent 3 days in use and 1 day recharging. In the end I just bought another one to charge elsewhere and swap over. My old Philips Sonicare (that I bought this product to replace) lasted 2 or 3 weeks on a full charge.
