I wanted to wait a couple of months of usage before sending out a review. The systems arrived in two separate boxes. Overall, I was impressed with the packaging. Each component piece of equipment was wrapped tightly and compartmentalized to avoid movement during shipment. Both boxes were damaged during shipment with two large holes but remained secure with no damage inside. Install was a breeze if you use common sense. Don’t depend on the supplied manual. It is not well written and will further confuse you especially when you come to the cable layout. I was able to complete the system in under 2 hours. I found that the cables had a lot of drag when I first used them.I strongly recommend that you spray cable wheels and cables with a WD-40 Specialist DRY Lube (DO NOT USE A WET LUBRICANT) make sure that you wipe all cables and wheels to ensure evenness. Makes a BIG difference in the smooth functionality of the cable system. Overall, the system is a quality fabrication. However, not sure why RITFIT scrimped on plastic cable wheels versus metal. I noticed others had mentioned the same concern in other threads. I plan to change them out for metal ones. I highly recommend the RITFIT system, it is a great addition to my home gym and certainly well worth the money.Now for the negative which is not a fault of RITFIT. The contract shipper is terrible. I happened to be out of town when the shipment arrived. The delivery person offloaded both boxes (about 150lbs each) against the middle of my closed garage door haphazardly with no regard to the weather. I had to call from afar and provide access to two of my amazing neighbors who gratefully secured and muscled them into my garage. I’m very thankful- there could have been a worse outcome. Lessons learned.

Yes it's not commercial gym quality but for the cost it's a bargain.We couldn't be happier since buying this Dec 24. Having this at home, the convenience factor is off the charts. We are doing strength work much more consistently which equals gains.One of the pulleys was damaged when it arrived. Contacting Ritfit the replacement was at the door within a week and they gave us an extra pully! If you're time crunched or just don't want to deal with the hassle of going to the gym for strength work this product is worth it. I would say adding some adjustable or normal dumbbells on top of this unit you'll be covered for 90% of what you get in a gym.

First off, the shipping wasn’t great. It took over 2 weeks to get it all (I ordered the weight set and bench package). The bench was “lost in transit”. The seller was like trying to pull teeth to get them to respond. They did, however slow it was, attempt to make up for it. They offered partial refund and sent a kettlebell and some bands.The product seems pretty sturdy. Other reviews mentioned damaged products. Mine came very well packaged. All the pieces for the rack arrived in 3 boxes. No missing pieces. I’m not a body builder but it seems like it could handle all the weight I’m putting on it. So far 575 lbs. and it’s not wobbly or creaking. The brand and quality seem legit. Only time will tell. It is rated for light commercial so it should be more than adequate for home use.Get your own accessories. The ones that come with it are “eh”. The pulleys could be smoother but either way, resistance is resistance. I have a very low ceiling so I’m not able to fully utilize the pull up bar but it is nice as well. The cable system is easy to operate in terms of adjusting the height, just make sure you tension the cables right in install or they may come out of the pulleys and then it’s a pain to fix, don’t ask me how I know.If I could give a 4.5 I would. They don’t get a 5 because of all the trouble of communicating with them over the missing bench. The product is great the service could improve. I also ordered their leg press and it arrived on time and all the boxes together.

I just received my home gym, and I absolutely love it! Assembly was straightforward, although a bit time-consuming, but the quality is fantastic. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a versatile product that offers a wide range of workouts. I’m really enjoying it!

Very good product. Construction will take a few hours 6-8 with one person. Everything feels really well built. Used the cable mechanism of it and it flowed smoothly and gave a good weight resistance. Usually I do not write many reviews on products due to time, but felt that this product deserved it. Had one part in the pully system that was bent but not broken and I was able to bend it back. I think that the value is exceptional for the quality. If you are looking for a home gym this is a wonderful product.

Loving it! Perfect for my space, smooth pulley movement. Very sturdy. Cables move nicely. Landmine attachment is placed a little weird, but workable. Wish there were more hole positions, but it’s great for the price.
