Topeak Micro Rocket CB Mini Pump

I bought this to use on a road bike. Wanted something as light and small as possible. I already use a Topeak mini pump on a mountain bike so was already happy that Topeak quality would be good.This pump fits the bill perfectly. It's very light (amazingly so!) and about as small as a pump can be! Behind a bottle cage you hardly notice it's there and it would fit perfectly in a jersey pocket too. It looks very pro with the carbon exterior and chrome ring at the middle. There is a nice cap over the air hole which will stop rubbish going into it. The handle of the pump clicks into place to stop it opening up as you're riding along too. It uses the same 'behind bottle cage' mount as my other Topeak pump so I know from experience that it works well and never comes off - the pump clips in and has a rubber band over it too.It will obviously take a couple of minutes of pumping to get a 700c tyre up to a decent pressure, but this is an emergency pump and not something you'd use every day for regular maintenance, so I personally don't think that matters so long as it does actually work!It's only for presta valves - bear that in mind.This pump is lighter and easier to carry than a couple of CO2 canisters in my opinion and in the long run will be cheaper too. Great tool.

This in an excellent pump for carrying with you on a bike and is small enough to put in a rear jersey pocket or strap with a tool bag. It can pump to high enough pressure for road or mountain bike although you need to need to get tubeless tyres seated well (but I have managed to do this after a few attempts). I definitely recommend this pump!

The biggest selling point for me was that i can actually fit this pump in a topeak saddle bag! I can easily (though it takes a while!) inflate to 90 psi which is more than enough to "get you home" on a 23 or 25 road tyre.It also looks pretty cool with a carbon finish. and feels well made. Not cheap, but the compact proportions and the ability to inflate over 100 PSI (If you had the will or the arm strength!) make this a fairly unique product.

Super small and super light and just about inflates a tyre! If your priority is speed of inflation and tyre pressure then buy a bigger heavier pump - if you want something that's small, looks good and does the job in an emergency then this is superb!

A few weeks after buying this I had my first puncture on road bike in years and it did an amazing job of pumping it up to a decent pressure (even if it took a while)It's very small and light so really easy to carry in the bike.Very happy with it.

This pump is super light weight and fits in my saddle bag. Uste have pump on side of bike but it gets full of water with the UK weather. I’d recommend using a saddlebag and this pump perfectly fits it 👍

I bought two of these as the first one broke in the first 10 secs of use. Assuming I'd got a dud I ordered a replacement but that broke as well - both pumps suffered from the same design defect where the only thing keeping the handle on seems to be glue meaning it comes apart easily as you can see in the photo. As a result I would avoid. If you do buy it then try it before you go out on your bike.

Product works well and is light but for this price it should be compatible with both tire valve types.

I’ve carried this little pump for years and it has always come thru for me and others because it may not be the best pump out but it’s always the pump you’ll have with you

Für mich die perfekte Pumpe, wenn man auf Optik und Gewicht Wert legt. Sicherlich ist das eine absolute Notpumpe, aber darum geht es auch. Wenn ich unterwegs einen Platten habe, dann ist die Tour ohnehin versaut. Die Pfoten sind schmutzig und tun weh, wenn man ohne Heber montiert. Ob ich dann 1 Minute oder 3-4 Minuten an der Pumpe gearbeitet habe, ist mir dabei vollkommen egal. Es muss nur soviel Druck rein, dass man noch heim kommt. Und wer auf ordentliche Mäntel und den richtigen Luftdruck achtet und zudem beim Fahren die Augen auf hat, den erwischt es auch wirklich selten. Alle 20000 bis 30000 km??

Have been very happy with the performance as I bought it purely because of the light weight. Highly recommended if you like to keep things light and compact.
