Nice clean minty flavour, dense but crumbly texture- chewable for a quick treat or let it dissolve in your mouth for a longer enjoyment.If you need a sugar hit (Or you have folks in your life prone to low blood sugar) then it's a great thing to throw in a pocket 'just in case'Nice thing about it compared to a chocolate bar or most protein bars is that it doesn't melt- and it's still edible if you've left it in your back pocket and sat on it all day. Ahem.

I have loved this mint cake since I was a child who visited the Lake District and it has not changed in over 50 years. I prefer No chocolate and both the white or brown colour is minty melt in the mouth deliciousness, it gives you a boost and aids digestion. Perfect for traveling I have a tin that came as a gift it keeps it fresh as only small squares broken off are a treat.

Little to say except they arrived on time and in good condition. The tast is what mint cake should be like

Very concerned by the reviewers which seem to be treating this bar as a sweet treat. It is an energy bar, for every 100 grams there is 80 grams of sugar. It is 80% sugar. It would be dangerous to consume this in excess.Health concerns aside, I love this stuff, great for a hike. Lower calorie than other energy bars due to it basically being a brick of sugar, which is good if you want to bring a meal out with you but cant pack enough energy into it.
